V0.1.9 Development Plans

Since enough time has gone by without any major bugs or issues being reported in V0.1.8, I can begin working on V0.1.9.  As most of you know by now, V0.1.9 is the full corruption update for Yukako and Rina.  This update will be the largest update released so far, but also take the longest to make.

In addition to the full corruptions of Yukako and Rina, there will also be main story advancements, including choosing the fate of Romanos, and the deal with the Demon Queen.  Post corruption repeateable content and scenes with Yukako and Rina will also be included.  There will also likely be a few smaller things added in I'll talk about later once development has progressed far enough for me to determine how to best implement them.

However, there are two things I need to do before I can start making images like I normally do when making a new update.  I have mentioned before, that I have had the full corruption cards for Yukako, Rina, and several other characters both currently, and yet to be introduced done for over a year by now, but Yukako's will need to be redesigned to fit with the full corruption forms of the other characters.  I will need to design and draw Yukako's new outfit textures from scratch, in addition to other adjustments, which will take a few days.  Rina's outfit needs a few minor texture and shader adjustments, but other than that, Rina's shouldn't take more than a few hours to do.

The second thing I need to do, is create the post corruption character map sprites for Yukako and Rina.  This isn't too difficult, as I have done it for Misaki and have templates ready, but it is tedious and time consuming.  One these two things are done, I can begin making images for V0.1.9's scenes and events.

Included below, is a preview of the outdated version of Yukako's full corruption card.  Since this version of Yukako is very outdated and won't be used in game, I'll release it for people to download and use at some point during or after V0.1.9's development.  I'll likely include a link to download the card with the patron and public releases of V0.1.9, but I'm not completely certain at this point when and where the exact release of the card will be.
