Love at First Fight: Barefoot Lili in Tekken 6

Now HERE is quite the throwback and nostalgia hit. This is what made me a Lili fan and solidified her as THE Feet Princess of Tekken. Barefoot customization first came to Tekken in Tekken 6, and for me, the first babe to show herself barefooted (via some low-res camera pics posted online) was Lili, in her white dress, legs and feet totally bare. My eyes were unbelieving at first- but it was real, and back then it was the hottest thing ever in gaming for me.

After that first pic, came videos. The video above, from a Youtuber named Angel90900 (and yes, the channel and vids are still there) showed Lili in action, kicking ass (and getting her ass kicked as well) in her white dress, barefooted and looking like an angel herself. This was my favorite video then, up until I myself was able to get Lili (and later Asuka) barefooted in the Arcade version.

It may be easy to make light of this, but back then, this was huge. I honestly remember while I was watching among the crowd around a Tekken 6 arcade machine, one guy was so excitedly remarking about how having Asuka barefoot was the BEST lol (at least then I knew I wasn't the only one into feet). But yeah, this was the moment where Tekken truly became my favorite fighter ever, and Lili has had me worshipping her feet (and I am sure a lot of other gamers too) since. Just a nice little memberry, back in the good ol' days. Nowadays we've come so far, with in-game characters looking better than actual CG movie characters, and mods make our barefoot waifus of our dreams. But of course- it's always good to know where it all began.
