The coach asks Heidi where the bruise from earlier came from, explains what Brooke did & the coach decides a weight lift showdown but after she helps train Heidi. Cause she can't have her students slugging each other out ruining such pretty faces, maybe just as an idea I mean? Heidi has the muscle but she probably still needs to learn how to use them efficiently.
