Tekken 8: Clive Rage Art KO (Lidia T7)
Added 2025-01-04 04:14:38 +0000 UTCI said it once, I'll say it again. FFXVI's Clive Rosfield being the last DLC Character for Tekken 8 Season 1 is a great thing. Not because he's hotter than Tifa- which he is, technically- but simply because he brings with him probably the best KO pose (and KO animation) for the game yet.
In case you missed it (and I can't see how with the many times I've been featuring it and raving about it), if you defeat an opponent with Clive's fiery Rage Art in the Final Round, you will get this awesome win screen where the Ifrit-empowered warrior strikes a pose as his opponent's limp, unconscious body, which was sent flying by the explosive attack, falls to the ground behind him, landing on their side but then rolling onto their back. The animation is quite nice- as a KO fan I always love winposes where the winner interacts with the KO'ed loser in some way, like Nina's great body nudge KO.
As is, the opponent is kinda far away, but there's still a great view. Add freecam to the mix (UUU, not the pretty useless Photo Mode), you can check out all the angles to see the KO'ed opponent fall and settle into their final rest. I foresee a lot of KOs with this alone, but here's a short sample for now. with the beautiful Lidia Sobieska jobbing for our pleasure. Don't worry, I'll make sure to treat her to a feast with a foot massage later for her trouble. Enjoy!
