Well, at least I think she is. Personally, I myself don't like childish characters- both if they're underage or just act childish. Particularly in the context of this sector of media, simply... because.
That said, Lily is clearly not underage- that is not a child's body or proportions- I think she's just child-like. But if we refer to the early art of LIly, she didn't look like a child- maybe that was a later change, which I think was not for the best. Maybe if she acted more adult, more like a cool warrior woman rather than a cheery kid, she'd be taken more seriously.
In any case, she's pretty, she can kick ass- she has her own beauty and I hope you enjoy this KO. Lily, face down, butt up. It's a bit on the funny side, but I am sure fans of ladies' shapely behinds should be happy, because this just gives you the views.
