Tekken 8 Cosplay: The Duchess (Elden Ring Nightreign)
Added 2025-06-03 05:18:57 +0000 UTCWe've got another Tekken 8 cosplay feature here, with a character that literally just arrived days ago. We've got The Duchess from Elden Ring: Nightreign here in the King of Iron Fist Tournament!
In the early trailers for the Elder Ring Spinoff 'Fortnite' game, the mysterious masked lady who would eventually be named The Duchess was assumed by many to be the return of the Firekeeper from Dark Souls 3. This would have been pretty cool since DS3's Firekeeper was a barefoot (or semi-barefoot) babe herself. But nope, the Duchess was her own character- initially a guide, the host of the returned Roundtable Hold. It is later revealed that she was an unlockable player character.
So The Duchess is the speedy, somewhat rogue-ish character, and looks quite fancy in her tailed jacket, tight pants and boots. Of course, our version has taken off her boots, revealing she is wearing capri-length pants and, of course, pretty feet.
Since Nightreign, being a team-based action game/rogue-like, is not quite my cup of tea, I decided to bring the Duchess to Tekken 8 instead. The mask is simply the Seiryu Mask accessory, resized smaller and rotated upwards so it looks more like a visor. The fancy tail coat and capri pants (BP) as well as the ribbon accessory complete the outfit. Unfortunately, I had to choose between the neck ribbon/cravat and a hair accessory to give the Duchess the longer side bangs, but the outfit didn't look right without the ribbon. Of course, I had to choose Nina for the classic, ponytail hairstyle which is most similar to the Duchess' hair.
Expect to see this mysterious femme fatale in action, and in KOs from here on. For now, enjoy the screens!
