Tekken 8 Main Menu Screen: Lune (Expedition 33)
Added 2025-11-10 04:05:22 +0000 UTCHere's another HUD-less Tekken 8 Main Menu screen video featuring our new Guest Fighter, Lune from Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. She's of course dressed in her iconic Expeditioner Uniform, her unique version among the game's heroes as hers comes with capri-length pants and no boots, since this artful mage apparently has no need for shoes.
Just why that is (though I am not complaining of course) I believe is never really explained or defined in the game. The presence of 'laylines' or runic 'tattoos' on her legs and feet allude to perhaps the use of her 'stain' magic requires that her legs and feet be exposed? Yes, she can wear alternate outfits which do have footwear and she can still do magic fine, but I think that's simply videogame extras- by default, Lune clearly is supposed to be a barefooter, which makes her an instant favorite of mine.
Getting around of course is no problem for her, even across rough terrain- Lune clearly is very used to her shoeless way, and also has the innate ability to fly, gliding along over the ground when she 'sprints'.
Anyway, I am sure that the popularity of Expedition 33 is without a doubt a bit in part of Lune and her being a beautiful barefoot babe who surely caught the eye and heart of many a foot-loving gamer. Stay tuned to see more of her in action and KOs in the future, but for now, enjoy her posing a storm for you on the Main Menu.
