Pls do finish Bleach. I think a lot of people with definitely watch more when the fillers are over but you can also watch them if you want, they are kinda interesting upon first time watching it. Last canon arc has to though :D it's so underrated imo

If the current filler arc is still interesting for you, better finish it. Then jump to the Reigai arc (the last filler arc) which on my opinion is the best amongst the fillers and finally do The Lost Agent (Fullbring) arc.

There's like 10 episodes left of the Zanpakuto Arc and the last few are the best in terms of animation & plot. Actually, one of the battles is considered to be the best animated fight in the entire series, and knowing a lot of ppl who watch the show now skip the fillers I kind of like the idea of people being encouraged to watch it for the first time because you decided stick with it, although... As one of the few who pledges for Bleach I feel kind of bad it's causing you problems so do what you feel is best.

Definitely finish this zanpakuto arc, you're in the middle of it so why not finish it. I honestly enjoy it, zanpakuto designs are great and there are some interesting things to be revealed so yeah you should continue where you left, after that you can do The lost agent arc which is the last canon arc before Bleach was canceled years ago.

Honestly, that last cannon arc for bleach is slept on, personally it's one of my favorite in bleach plenty of character development for the main character you should do regai, then go for the Lost Agent arc.

Finish this Bleach filler arc (but if you want to skip, just do it, I don't like this arc), then watch the next bleach filler arc (reigai arc) because it's so good and way better that Zanpakutou arc, and watch final arc. I don't mind watch with timers if we don't have any alternatives ^^

I noticed that there's nothing down on the 18th or 19th, were you taking a breather then, getting some some live-streaming in, or was that just for random, unplanned reactions? Of course whatever you want to do with that time is fine (as is if you needed to go off schedule for whatever reason) but if you didn't have anything sorted for then I wouldn't mind if you were to check out Ascension of a Bookworm or perhaps you dusted off Reincarnated as a Slime to continue your journey with the squishy little guy.

Yeah you should finish the filler arc first then if you want to watch the next filler arc because I feel like you would enjoy it as much as this arc 😀 but you can choice to watch the "last" arc of the anime. I don't mind either way!
