Ainz mentions, that they use Yggdrasil spells, summons and items, which suggesst, that the game concepts where also transfered to this game world. This anime pays a lot attention to every word, since they have just a short amount of time to convey the important information from the light novel to cover at least some of the themes and topics properly. It kind of gets a little confusing, if you do not pay attention, but even then it is still confusing sometimes.

2020-10-19 15:40:33 +0000 UTCNot only have they been transported to a real world, but the games concepts have also been altered to fit a real world. E.g. Friendly fire did not exist in Yggdrasil, but that concept doesn't exist in the real world, so an AoE spell will affect anyone within the radius.
