While the likes of Accelrator and Bakugo, you know roles that put quite the strain on your voice, might be some of his most memorable roles, he has played all kinds of roles and always delivered, you basically can't go wrong with picking him.

I think they brought in Bakugo's voice actor to play Garf because he is so good at sounding angry after playing Bakugo's character for so long. He really nailed Garf's character Also I read the rabbit scene of the novel and i can definitely say the anime made it seem way less gruesome compared to how the novel described that scene because they couldnt describe exactly what was happening with words. The details of that scene in the novel made it sound 10x worse than the anime let on cuz in the novel it actually explains in detail which parts of Subaru's body the rabbits ate step by step right up until he died; as well as subaru's mental state the entire time it was happening and how much pain he felt

2021-01-03 11:31:45 +0000 UTCThe reason Garfiel never said anything, is because each time he uses RbD, the Witch of Envy's Scent grows stronger on Subaru (you can see this in S1, it spikes especially when he tries to tattle on the Return by Death, it instantly flags him to the minds of all nearby Mabeasts and they rush at him, because of the Scent). It resets after a while of not having used RbD in X amount of time, but Subaru has now used it like twice or thrice in succession now, so it's starting to reach noticeable levels for the sensitive noses or w/e of half-beast people

2021-01-03 09:22:03 +0000 UTCLove both of these episodes, despite the shit Subaru has to put himself through. He got Otto's friendship and could finally tell someone about RBD. Yet another scene that makes me tear up. Hearing the pain in his voice is so good on the VA. Some notes: -the gospels that the witches cult has tell the future but are more vague. Sloth mentions that his gospel has no mention of subaru. Roswaal says the book Beatrice has tells the future and isn't like those 'defective texts' -Beatrice only recognizes subaru between the arc 2 loops due to the fact that the loop starts after they meet. Beatrice hasn't shown any knowledge of RBD, and that is what she is referring to when she says she doesn't know. like she doesn't understand why subaru wants to die, what he means about the present being 'rewritten' into that timeline -we see 7 deadly sins pop up in a lot of anime, but I really like how they are used in rezero. Echidna is greedy for knowledge, usually greed is associated with money rather than wisdom -the horn on the rabbits signifies them being a mabeast, Subaru probably shouldn't have tried to pet them can't wait for more, you had some interesting ideas so I'm waiting to see how you'll react to future episodes

2021-01-03 07:58:03 +0000 UTCThere was a mistake in the Anime when Subaru asked himself why Echidna wasnt surprised that hes at the Tea Party again, Subaru mentioned that it was right after the First Tea Party but it was actually after the first Trial. Also reread the Sentences Echidna said at the end and think about it ^-^

2021-01-03 06:39:08 +0000 UTCJust to clarify something. The reason Garfiel didn't mention the witches scent prior is because he didn't smell it. Everytime Subaru uses return by death the scent grows stronger so after having died so many times in a short time period the miasma got to the point where it understandably concerned Garf. After all no one else besides Witch cultists let off that miasma and given what we've seen from them Garfiel's actions seem pretty justified. After all it's the same reason Rem attacked Subaru in the beginning as well

Subaru woke up, met Beatrice first and then was knocked out by her. When he woke up again next to the maids his checkpoint was updated.
