Lufy has two Roa Poneglyphs one is in Wano one more after the we will be on the last step to find the One Piece. Rodger made it it is real and the end is nigh. What was he laughing at what are the answers to the 3 Questions. Oda how you consonantly amaze me every weak i have been reading this manga for the last 10 years. Hopefully i will get answers to them some day.

The only reason they haven’t until now is cuz they had nothing to reference until Stampede came out to verify the spelling of the name

In English however since there wasn't a Romanji until this chapter it had to be translated and it got translated as Raftel. So it's not that Stampede spoiled anything because it was always the same name.
