Prolly the old cunt did it on her own or something, since Kaido seems to be all about "Only stronk bois in my squad, execute everyone else", and given his attempts at committing sudoku, I'm quite sure he wouldn't have wasted an opportunity to potentially get killed by a strong opponent, since even normal executions or even suicide attempts can't rly do shit to him as it is.

in the manga oden with one hit sliced kaido and when he was about to cut kaidos dragon head the old lady interfered. I dont care what anyone says oden with one hit knocked kaido down I truly think oden is stronger than kaido and big mom at that time. If you say after 20 years kaido and big mom will be stronger than so Oden will get stronger. People just forget that kaido is a pirate who knows about haki and has many battle experience. But oden doesnt have that much of experience and he still mopped the floor with kaido.

People say Kaido wasn't at his peak yet since he was still young. While I agree with this it also means Oden wasn't either since they are close in age. If Oden lived he could very well have been on the level of the Yonkos. His backstory and strength from a young age certainly compares to what Big Mom was like as she grew up. The man was a beast.

I don't like comparing the anime and manga but I'll make an exception for this. The anime milked the end of the Kaido and Oden fight. In the manga after Kaido was cut and collapsed to the ground he didn't stand up right away. He was on the ground, injures and defenseless, when Oden came in and nearly killed him. He literally had Kaido and almost won if it wasn't for that hag. While it isn't really cheating since this is a pirate fight it is definitely a bullshit victory. And Kaido knows it too. He is prided as being invincible and unable to be defeated one-on-one so having the first person who ever bested him done in by a trick hurts his pride and his image. And considering he constantly tries to kill himself that probably also pisses him off.

**MESSAGE TO EVERYONE** I dropped off my computer this evening they said the screen replacement will take 3-5 days. Idk if that is accurate because online I saw it takes shorter. But we will see.
