You really have no idea what good and bad CG is in anime, do you? Yes compared to let's say Pixar it's not good but that's an unfair comparison. The only actual bad CG in this show is in a later episode.

2021-05-11 16:42:42 +0000 UTCI'd like to point out that the 3 Elf slaves got a happy ending, since their owner got the Clap, and Ainz decided to have them be Aura & Mare's attendants, since he realized that out of all the people, they were the only ones who were FORCED TO transgress on the Honor of the clannies, since they are slaves and have no choice on the matter. Y'see, Ainz has the obvious mentality of "Pay Evil w/ Evil, Good w/ Good" going on, so it wouldn't be fair to have them suffer the consequences of something they were forced to do. Then he realized that it would help him solve one of his problems, namely since Aura & Mare are pre-teen Dark Elves, he had a problem of what to do when the puberty hits and they start to be curious about the birds & the bees stuff. Since these 3 Elves are slaves, he chose to 2 birds w/ 1 stone by having them not get clapped for something they had no choice in, as well as not having to himself deal w/ the time when they will obviously ask "where do babies come from?", since he can just have the 3 attendants explain this to the twins. Truly, big brain time (I wish the anime didn't skip this part from the LNs, since anime-onlies never find out what happened to the 3 Elves after this event)
