What i mean by this is that in the manga there are a lot of points where it feels very much like a storyboard with the pacing.. Which is fine because there is plenty of stuff oda leaves open for expansion by the anime.

2021-07-04 20:47:19 +0000 UTCOne little thing that annoys me with SMF reactions is the fact that she hears a character say something and thinks that's how it's supposed to be. Like saying Onigashimai instead of Onigashima. but what they actually said was "Onigashima e" meaning "head to Onigashima". As long as you read the subtitles you should be fine, don't worry about sounding like how you hear it, Japanese is weird sometimes.

2021-07-04 19:55:13 +0000 UTCthe thing about the anime closing in with the manga is that onigashima is going to be an all fight arc and a small amount of talking from now on. the animation is probably going to drag out a lot of fight that wasn't shown in the manga but fans wanna see. at least that's what i think because wano has been doing so since the new animation got changed

2021-07-04 19:45:07 +0000 UTCthere are plenty of off screen stuff the anime can show, similar to the brook v big mom fight. I'm not worried about the manga/anime pacing I'm sure they will give us some epic fights and things to fill in the gaps while the manga proceeds
