2021-08-21 07:27:22 +0000 UTCMind you, Demi-Humans are only distinguished from monsters because IT'S MORE CONVENIENT FOR HUMANS TO DO THIS, given that Dwarves are some of the greatest artisans in the world, so it would be economical suicide to lump them up w/ Monsters (also an arbitrary tag in a sense) and take huge economic hits when your neighbours might not give a shit about dealing w/ Dwarves etc. Technically there's no 100% legit difference between Monsters & Demi-Humans. Majin are an exception, but non-Majin Monsters are as far away from Majins just as Demi-Humans are away from Majins

Something like that. They will explain about it in later episodes though so it will be cleared.

And then there's creatures like slimes, goblins, orcs, etc. Those are monsters. The king obviously meant a monster in terms of power, but Vesta had no idea. As for the time flow. Without spoiling anything... I don't think it's any different.
