I feel like it does a good job of expanding upon Lucy’s ideologies as a celestial wizard and what her spirits mean to her. Which I’ve always enjoyed, as I feel it’s good setup for how Lucy grows as a wizard in the future fairy tail episodes

2021-10-01 22:48:15 +0000 UTCYa besides time works differently Fairy tail spent one day in the spirit relam and 3 month's went by before the grand magic Games so ya lot can happen for storytelling but even tho most people consider this as a side arc I think the Fairy tail writer may have had a part of this but this is one of my favorite arcs Storylines of Fairy tail top 5 for me
