That's because they saved the reveal of the interrogation stuff for later in Vol 7. We're still in Vol 6 story rn.

Some information that wasn't explicitly made clear to explain Treni fawning over Ramiris: The Dryads were originally Servants of a previous incarnation of Ramiri's (they mentioned it at the end of S1 when Rimuru was searching for the "Spirit Queen"). They didn't know about Ramiri's reincarnating with her memories intact (also something Ramiris just mentioned as a throwaway line in S1) so they lost their place to be and eventually ended up in the Forest of Jura as it's Caretakers. So now that they are reunited with Ramiri's they are on cloud nine.

One thing they skipped over that was added in the Manga that I think really helps people understand how much everyone cares for Rimuru. Specifically when Shion was "questioning" the prisoners she commented that she wasn't upset that they killed her, but what did upset her was that she put Rimuru in a situation where he had to kill humans which is something he didn't want to do. That's part of the reason they were in that blurred censured mess they showed.
