We were told fairy tail was coming at least twice, the latest time being last Thursday. Some people might only be subscribed to her patreon for fairy tail & those people are being treated very poorly right now. She’s almost finished with the Tartaros arc, just finish the arc then take a hiatus for however long she wants.

If a regularly scheduled show is going on hiatus due to a full schedule, it should be announced... and it should be announced each time that happens. Perhaps she could pin a post to the top of the page with important information like that? Otherwise, you'll start to see speculation, which can lead to resentment and negativity. I'll continue to support her channel either way, but I can absolutely see both sides of the argument.

I know her schedule is packed, but at a certain point you have to realize all it's doing is getting you into making empty promises. Cut down the schedule if you need to but don't string us along. Bleach (and FT) would go months without being updated.
