People are correct that there's an OVA that fits here chronologically. However, my strong opinion is that you should not watch the OVA right now. Watch 17 next. It pairs with 16 so well. 16-17 are deep. The OVA can wait for after the season. It introduces some plot points that really won't matter right now. There's a reason the studio released them in the order they did.
