Oda shows that Koby was kidnapped. These chapters were crazy. Another point, from now on, you should read the description of the characters, Oda likes putting easter eggs or extra information. I hope you feel better and happy holidays in advance!!!

2023-12-20 14:16:28 +0000 UTCThere's a few holes with that, mainly that Roger had the same dream and presumably failed at it, and the reactions of some of his crewmates making no sense. Like Usopp being so vehemently against it, Brook/Franky lauging so hard they're crying, or Sanji thinking he's completely insane. My theory is that his dream is to have everyone in the world as part of his crew.

2023-12-20 12:06:36 +0000 UTCFor some clarification, some people interpret the whole opening bit with Hancock remembering her Seraphim Pacifista as her getting the idea in her head of wanting a child with Luffy, hence why we hear her say “I wanna marry Luffy…” i.e. Hancock’s train of thought went something like this, “a little me, baby with Luffy? OMG she would be so cute and perfect and oh so amazing just like her parents!” And the reason I say she is remember that the Kuja are basically the Gerudo of the One Piece world, in that they are only capable of giving birth daughters, no sons. So if she and Luffy were to ever have children, they would only be girls.

And he needs to liberate the world from the World Government as the Sun God would. It’s something Luffy would do and something a kid would dream up. He is JoyBoy. Whats more joyous than a party celebrating the liberation of the entire world?
