2023-12-31 23:31:35 +0000 UTCI completely agree. In fact, Dr. Stone was my second favorite anime of the Fall 2023 season (behind Frieren). It's a really great show, and people should absolutely give it a chance if they haven't already. I've never understood why, but some of my favorite shows - Dr. Stone, Bungo Stray Dogs, and World Trigger - are often slept on in the west. People are missing out. Still, if they wanna complain about the poll options (or about anything else, for that matter), we're all paying members. Until it becomes disrespectful or Jami asks them to stop, I just figure it's a part of Patreon life (for better or worse). Besides, like you said, it won't impact the poll results. Although I'm not sure WHY people feel it's necessary to complain about stuff like this (it won't solve anything), I've kinda grown used to... c'est la vie.

It did do well enough to keep getting new seasons though. But being an older series, it doesn't have the recency bias of the rest of the shows on the poll.
