Workout Today: Cossack Squat Focus (45–60 mins)
Warm-Up (10 mins)
• 10 Air Squats
• 10 Lateral Lunges (5/side)
• 10 Hip Circles (each direction)
• 20 Arm Swings + Shoulder Rolls
• 30s Deep Squat Hold
• 10 Bodyweight Cossack Squats (slow and controlled)
Strength & Mobility (20–25 mins)
Superset x4:
1. Weighted Cossack Squats – 8 reps each side (goblet hold)
2. KB Front Rack Hold – 30s per side
Rest 60 sec between sets
Then x3 Rounds:
• Pause Cossack Squats – 5/side (3-sec hold at bottom)
• Hamstring Scoops – 10 total
Finisher (10–15 mins)
3 Rounds:
• Walking Lunges or Lateral Band Walks – 30s
• Single-Leg Glute Bridge – 10/side
• Plank to Side Plank (alternating sides) – 30s
• Russian Twists – 20 reps (optional weight)
Cooldown (5 mins)
• 60s Seated Forward Fold
• 30s Lizard Stretch/hip opener (each side)
• 30s Deep Squat Hold
• Box breathing or just chill flat
