Somewhat righteous rampage? As he goes on to kill innocent people that had nothing to do with his pain. People who were also victims of the corrupt governor and being abused. He didn’t kill just the people that wronged him, He killed everybody.

2020-05-24 12:41:39 +0000 UTC(While all this is a very well written story and I love it) Zach still pisses me off! that last discussion is literally the start of a mindset that ended up with all of humanity dead him and his group decided they knew better then everyone and tried to be hero’s to everyone and spread themselves too thin and got a corrupted government out of it. Then when that government they set up fucks up and basically enslaves rapes and kills a bunch of people and someone stronger got mad and killed them all back cause all his friends and literal soul mate got blown up in front of him after he was also enslaved and tortured for days on end. his and his advisers plan is to bring the guy who just slaughtered a whole compound by himself after being tortured for days in by FORCE if necessary all while openly stating that their government is the one in the wrong here. Again this all stemmed from a group of people with hero complexes deciding they knew better then every one else and trying to force their rules cause they are ‘right’ and ‘just’ so is Zach a good person? Sure he (convinced himself that he) had great intentions but that don’t mean he did great things Cause all their so called righteous actions are the only cause it was one person who pulled this off. If it had been a whole village that retaliated they would have probably just sent an envoy with a apology gift but since it was one person it shows he a unknown but very powerful person so they took the US code of ethics declared something unknown a ‘threat’ and then proceeded to take violent/oppressive military actions while claiming the side of ‘good’

2020-05-24 12:41:13 +0000 UTCAnd that mindset is literally what caused the end of humanity cause a small group of ‘good dudes’ decided they knew better then everyone else and that their way was right and then even when this mystery man (cause they don’t know who it is yet) was clearly defending himself and on a somewhat righteous rampage after watching almost every women from his village (including his literal soul mate) slaughtered and y’alls solution is we have to bring him in no matter what so we can put on a show for our civilians to act like we care and prove ours laws matter even though the government they put In charge was the thing that really fucked up and did wrong Good job bud GG humanity 👏

2020-05-24 11:09:26 +0000 UTCI agree, but we don't know what's coming next. Also the chapters that were after his village massacre were yet another village massacre so I do think that those were outstandingly appropriate, but maybe put this baby before the recent streak of Zach chapters

I know you have been trying to build up zach more but I personally feel these past Zach chapters are the most important ones you could put out right now tbh, because I think most of the fan base isn't a huge fan of him but this chapter shows another side to Zach, We know he had a daughter, and a wife he loved and that they died before he went to the new world, regardless of it being ryuns fault I could understand him placing some of the blame on him even if it is irrational because at the end of the day love is an irrational emotion. Ultimately I just felt that this chapter and others like it probably should have a come a little bit sooner, I wouldn't have been so annoyed reading zach honestly. Though I still prefer Ryun because I like his cocky personality more but I see Zach in a little better light after this. With all this said I still think ryun is in the right more than Zach currently and i wouldn't want Zach to become even as close as strong as Ryun and I think that zach is just overall a very difficult character to root for compared to Ryun, just my opinion though.
