Looks pretty promising. I'm gonna have to check out the manga. I thought I was gonna die laughing when that granny ghost started talking 😂😂😂

And don't worry, the alien probing thing is a one time thing and there's really nothing like that again in the manga outside of like one instance way later. There is some ecchi stuff occasionally but it's never really the focus. It's really infrequent.

IDK why they didnt show it in the anime but in the manga they give a visual of the actor and yeah he looks like the douche boyfriend she had at the beginning of the episode but older. He is supposed to have a manly and "hard boiled" persona in his roles. The "Im an awkward fellow after all" is one of his famous lines which Occult Kun also happens to say which makes her heart skip a beat leading to the ending.
