This is the last time it will go to these extremes so far...(Ch177 this was 33) The manga uses a lot of sexual jokes, to talk about these topics in a palatable way - then has very real moments like this or the Acro-silky backstory to put what it’s talking about in perspective… If it makes you feel better, it’s not for fan service. That is ironically is more clear in the anime as it actually changes shots in regular scenes so they are less sexualised but doubles down in the genuine scenes - creating more of a line between what is supposed to and not supposed to be taken seriously.
