2025-01-24 03:07:01 +0000 UTCBeautiful finale indeed. Now that we know more about Lakan, it's sad to see how cold Maomao is to him. I felt like Gaoshun when she was talking about him. He's not evil, just weird and immature at times. I hope they can at least get along cordially. A casual chat over a game of Go every now and then would do them good. I noticed that Maomao didn't cringe when Jinshi put his hand on her head while talking to her after her dance, or when he carried her like a princess. I think Maomao only gets weirded out when he's putting on his Eunuch Jinshi facade instead of acting like his real younger self.
