2025-05-18 01:35:05 +0000 UTCIt's interesting that nobody blames main universe Mark for his role in turning Angstrom into a villain. Mark barged in on Angstrom and the Maulers while they were giving Levy the combined knowledge of his alternate universe counterparts, who were all geniuses and had knowledge and insights unique to their respective dimensions. With all of that information, Angstrom could have done an incalculable amount of good, not just in his universe, but in all of them. Mark rushing in gung-ho, refusing to listen to reason, is why Angstrom was forced to react rashly, and have the Maulers hold him off until the procedure was completed (in hindsight Levy should have just sent Invincible to another dimension until they were finished, but then we wouldn't have a supervillain). Despite Mark's ignorant belligerence, Angstrom still risked everything to try to save his life; however, given all of that, people still place none of the responsibility on Mark (or Cecil, for that matter).
