Payment cancellations and what to do
Added 2018-12-02 10:21:45 +0000 UTCSome of my Patron's payments was delcined. Here's what you can do:
- Please check that your payment went through, without being Declined.
- If your payment was Declined, please contact your bank to let them know the payment can be processed.
- If the issue persists, try switching your payment method to another card or to Paypal
- In case none of the above works, contact Patreon through their Help Desk https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us
I'm really sorry about this problems, but I won't be able to send you rewards if your payment is Declined.
