Changes in tiers and rewards for 2021

It is almost New Year, which means new resolutions and new goals :)

✬ I cleared up info about patreon rewards in 'About' section.
You're welcome to check it out and ask if anything is unclear. You all know that English is not my native language and sometimes I have tough time expressing myself short and clear ^^;

✬ CAKE tier with monthly reward will be DELETED
December artworks are going to be last I'll do. Loved working with you guys in the past months, but I want to be able to work via standard commissions more <3

✬ new goal to be added next month, when I see how the changes will affect the amount of us here.
we'll pick the goal together via poll, I have few ideas.
