Added 2024-04-26 15:28:20 +0000 UTCThe smartphone system is the most challenging to implement in the game due to its complexity and the need to interconnect with all other game systems. This system needed to be rebuilt for the next chapter to meet the game's needs. Previously, it was more of a concept; chats were static images, with no integration with the rest of the game. Now, it will be possible to translate all chats, save progress, easily access variables, change the course of the game, interact with the story, and have the freedom to open the smartphone almost anytime.
In game development, I've always preferred the art part; it's where I feel comfortable and where I have experience. I struggle with the programming part, but I believe that for now, all the main systems I wanted to add to the game are done. I would love to hear suggestions if you think something else could be added.

* btw I hated the new Patreon UI with these senseless crops and borders around the images. Even if I try to use a different resolution to avoid the borders, you never know what the image's proportion will be. Sorry about that.
