More pumpkins in holes

We'll have the patch turn her into a proper resident by filling her anus and nipples with pumpkins before forcefully placing one on her head. ALSO I was gonna have her be naked by the end of it, but lowkey I think having the possessed Isabelle at the end be clothed in her ripped outfit will be hotter so Imma do that instead.
