I don't think it had anything to do with who would win. He likely put together those groups for a specific reason to see how they would work together for the song that was chosen and how they'd look on stage. The only ranking of real significance is last place, and even then we learned from Sixteen you can get voted off and still make the group if JYP wants you.. He's going to pick who fits his vision for the group in the end regardless of cubes.

I really wonder what went through JYP's mind when he put Mako's team together 🤔 its very obvious that team will beat any team it goes against its way too powerful and its only contender would be mihi's team or maybe even ninas team since its pretty well balanced. But riku's team is probably the worst off rn and they have to go against the hardest to beat group, its pretty obvious how its gonna end up. I just wonder why he didnt put the two strongest team against each other but instead "made it random"

And team b deserves that cube like aaron said they performed like a professional girl group of course team a done a very very good job but team b was the one that took my attraction the most

Very Very Very is a song that was written and produced by JYP himself. It was originally supposed to be a TWICE song, but they decided to go with TT instead. So the song got sold to IOI. I often wonder how it would have sounded if TWICE did it.

JYP is setting this up like major/minor. He wants the two strongest teams Miihi/Mako to compete against the two weak teams then go against each other in the second round. The two weak teams will compete against each other for 3rd and 4th place. But are the weak teams really that weak? Interesting.
