2020-07-13 18:22:18 +0000 UTCIkr ! Whenever I go to my Village, there are no cots for us to sleep. Just a thick blanket underneath and a normal one over our bodies to protect from cold. That's it :)

2020-07-13 17:53:55 +0000 UTCIt's really interesting to me how western cultures aren't too aware of sleeping on the floor or eating whilst sitting on the floor (from your WGM reaction). It's very common in a lot of Asian countries.

2020-07-09 13:06:50 +0000 UTCThey sleep on heated flooring in traditional Korean houses. Most Korean houses and apartments use what is called an 'ondol', which is underfloor heating . Usually they sleep on the floor, with a pillow and blanket (in traditional houses). It's actually quite comfortable, especially in the winter (most modern apartments also have an ondol, although different than the one used in traditional houses).
