The scene where Chaeyoung had her hand up by her face was when the were moving what looked like a laser scanner across her body and the closeup of her left eye showed a flash as it reflected off the brown contact lens. The detail in the MV is amazing.

She's down to earth and genuine so she really doesn't see herself that way. I was impressed with the way the camera crew handled the steadicams. They're usually attached to the body with a harness. They run around $60000 each.
