3rd live is not out yet because she has been busy filming movie and preparing new album. I think it will come soon though

I think it may be because she might be busy preparing for her next album release, and the homebody signal concept has changed slightly, so I'm not sure how that'll continue. About the insomnia circle, basically she's referring to her personal list of songs that's good to cure insomnia. IU herself suffers from insomnia so you can see her reference sleep in many of her songs. She mentioned that Knees, which is her own song used to be no.1 but JukJae's Lullaby took over that no. 1 spot. JukJae by the way was IU's lead guitarist. He left the band recently after working with IU for such a long time to pursue his solo career in music. He can sing, yes. The man beside her in this video is also an extremely talented man. He goes by the name Kim Jae Hwee (spelt hui in this video). He has worked with IU for a very long time and has been involved in the composing of Through the night, one of IU's biggest songs of 2017. He can play the guitar, piano and he can sing very well too. I do recommend giving his song Dear Moon a listen. IU did a cover of that song too, if you're interested.
