In the game, they're saying that the evil can accept or reject with the cards that they give to jin. Someone picks a group to go on the quest, and the members decide if they accept or reject the quest. If the majority accepts the quest, the members who were chosen give up one card to jin. The evil can put out a reject or accept card, and the purpose of the reject card is so that they can stop the quest from happening, however they can also put out an accept card to trick the members into thinking that everyone in that quest is good. If there are one or more reject cards, then the quest fails. The good can only put out accept cards bc they want the quest to succeed. If the quest fail more times then the evil wins, and vise versa. There are also other characters but this is the jist of the game.

I’ll try to explain the game and what the quests meant.
To win the game the good don’t really have to figure out the evil they just have to succeed in 3 out of the 5 quests. The players take turns picking people to go on the quests. You have to choose the groups carefully to 1) make sure that the good complete a successful quest and 2) maybe find someone evil to keep them out of future quests (since you need the quest to succeed).
The players vote to accept or reject if the quest happens based on if they think the group going is a good combo or not. If the majority accept then the quest happens. So Tae rejecting at this point doesn’t mean he’s evil. As anyone can accept or reject if the quest happens in the first place.
If the quest is accepted (by the majority) then every member chosen for the quest hands in an accept or reject card. These get shuffled so no one knows who gives what type of card. The good HAVE to accept and the evil can either accept or reject (an evil accepting is just to trick or confuse the good into thinking they are good too). But if an evil can get away with rejecting without completely outing himself than that’s what they should do to sabotage the quest. Accept just means the quest is successful and a reject card means the quest is sabotaged. I don’t really know why the game makers made it accept/reject lol. If all cards are accept cards then the quest succeeds (a win for the good). If there is one or more reject cards than the quest fails and it means that there was evil people in the quest group.
You can pick people you think are evil to “test them” as RM said about JK but you have to be careful of not doing that often since again the good need to pass 3 out of the 5 quests to win!
Jk was an evil in the practice game along with Jimin but he had a more special role to hide From Merlin (RM) so he wasn’t supposed to raise his head when RM was looking! Lol
In the main episode game Jk was Merlin so he knew who two out of the three evil were. He had to use this information to ensure that the the good win but he had to be careful. If he made it too obvious that he knew who the evil were then the evil would win at the end if they guessed Merlin correctly.
Hope this helped! Tried to explain it simply lol.
