'Mister' in korean read as '아저씨(AZaXi)' means closer relationship between a young woman with a middle-aged man, rather than the official name of 'boss'. To Ji-an, I think she felt the warmth from Dong-hoon and she relyed more on Dong-hoon because of gratefulness, and so that she began to call him '아저씨', which is also the meaning of the drama's title, that is, a pure and warm and precious relationship between the two main characters with age gaps.

I felt Jian's sadness and disappointment at that scene, she must have felt that once again she was left alone...

In the last scene, why ji-an cried because of dong-hoon accepts her when he notice she killed someone. dong-hoon said to gwang-il if he was her, he would kill gwang-il's dad too. jian always scared about someone know her past and leaving her. but dong-hoon still stands on her side.
