They'll watch it exactly in the order in which the author initially wrote it. so Kizu after Bake.

I'd argue the opposite - there was never meant to be mystery in the interactions between Araragi and Shinobu in Nise - in a lot of ways it's meant to be "closing the loop" of their initial character growth. We get Bake where they have this very ambiguous relationship and a lot of stuff gets alluded to vaguely, and then Kizu gives us the gritty details and the "solution where everyone is left miserable" and then in Nise we get to see the scene where those wounds begin to be reconciled.

I hope not, the first big scene with Shinobu in Nise I feel is better if you don't quite know the full details of their history. I understand the reasoning for watching Kizu first, but it seems shallow and more based in peoples impatience of them seeing Kizu sooner.

also it's not a harem. Araragi is in a relationship since almost the start of the show. it's just that all of the secondary characters are women.

The Summer Triangle shows up a lot in Japanese romances because the stars Deneb, Altair and Vega are tied to the story of Hikiboshi and Orihime.
