Yeah after watching more episodes I think you're right, it's definitely his fur from when he turns into Devilman.

2019-03-22 10:50:41 +0000 UTCI thought it was pretty obvious where the black hair came from, but I guess different people have different interpretations of that scene. I saw that scene as Akira turning into Devilman in his sleep, scattering black fur on his sheets. After he wakes up, he has to clean up the mess. It's one of the many consequences Akira has to deal with after becoming a demon-hybrid.
