On episode one, there was a hurdle that had a broken stand so it was left behind, on the last episode we see Haruka carrying that same hurdle, but now fixed, onto the field. The paper airplane that Akira made has a wing that is torn. Akira hitting reset on her timer. Kondo damages his writing, hurts himself in the process, but sees light through the hole he created. This show has an abundance of visual clues that gives it a high rewatch value
