As long as Jotaro gets within 5 meters you're fucked but any kind of strong ranged ability with almost completely negate his stand. This fight is Araki outright stating that DBZ Big Numbers rules aren't gonna cut it anymore, you need to actually counter the stand ability somehow (which Josuke did with the bullets and his healing).
