2019-06-30 20:21:57 +0000 UTCIdk if y’all remember but Mashiba told his sister that if he won the All-Japan Rookie Chanpionship, he would be ranked 10 in Japan’s Featgerweight Division. So since Ippo just won it, he is now ranked 10th. From my understanding their is only the top 10 and below that is all the other boxers trying to climb up to be there. The champion is in a league of their own and is placed above the number 1 ranking
