Maybe the specific problems Hanekawa has, resonates much more with the SoS bros because of their own personal life experiences..? Or the experiences of the people they've known and they have seen others dealing with..? Or they just care more about the character herself or her problems more than the problems of any of the other...? No one can know anything for sure except the SoS bros themselves...
