Uh. No. There's five. One in each arm, one in each leg, and the head. Miki just couldn't unify the five of them, since he was originally an arm, so it felt like three to Migi. Once Gotoh took over, it felt like one, because he was unifying them. But before he unified them, their consciousnesses split into five. The one who attacked the Yakuza is literally the same one we just saw. Also, I guess Jacob has never heard of the "collective unconscious".
