Great review! I thought this episode really proved that Death Parade can nail any type of tone despite the foreboding premise whether it be dark, sweet, or even funny. It's easy to make a show about people being judged after dying sad, but making an episode like this most definitely was more challenging. Also, impressive predictions for the future of the anime as always. All I can say is that Death Parade definitely hasn't hit its sadest note yet.

2017-12-05 01:44:40 +0000 UTCI didn't see her "sacrifice" as heroic or comedy. I saw she was brave and I felt really sad for her, but that was it x it definitely wasn't comedy though at that point. Fan girling over someone was a part of who she was/is, I didn't find it funny but I really liked her character more for it x
