2017-12-16 22:40:40 +0000 UTCLisa Lisa using the throwing knives isn't really a Hamon thing, just a way of her cutting Joseph's improvised ropes, after all Straizo back in Phantom Blood said: "A rose is a living thing, so Hamon can reside within it. Metal, however is inanimate. Thus I must make physical contact". So at best she could have used Hamon to improve her throwing arm or aim, but not the knife itself.
