no one told me about it but i remember it being on toonami and toonami had good anime back then so i chose to really watch it

Though, I do have to ask, are hospitals in 80s Germany just don't have very much electricity? Even late at night into early morning, any hospital I've been in has adequate to excessive lighting in the halls. Why are these halls so pitch black dark? This series has so much suspense and creepiness to it. It gives me the chills.

So its almost like a new experience all over again, and as always, always super interesting hearing you guys theorize!

2018-01-29 23:50:28 +0000 UTCMan, I know this is a whiny comment, but this is definitely the first series in a while that I'm super bummed I can't actually watch "with" them. I would absolutely re-watch Monster if it was along with them. It probably makes the viewership take a hit but the method they ended up being forced into with HxH is my ideal outcome.

The dub, while good, had to change a lot of the music used in the anime due to copyright issues and one of my favorite parts about Monster is the OST and how well it is used. Loving the discussion and enthusiasm you guys have for the show so far! :D
