I meant you could inject poison into each individual candy via a thin needle from a syringe. I'm not sure how big a hole it would make in the wrapper though.

I don't think that would have worked, you would need to get it on every candy and each of them are already wrapped. It wouldn't work with just having on the wrapper, as some people don't even need to put the wrapping anywhere near their mouth. The only way I can see it is that Johan had someone deliver pre-poisoned candy and placed it in a position that would make it be the first thing people grabbed. Either that, or he made a small incision in the bag, took out all the candy, unwrapped them all, sprayed them with poison, rewrapped them, and then placed them back inside the bag sealing the hole with tape or glue.

A thin needle perhaps?

It's pretty unlikely that the doctors ate all the candy at once, so the boy could still have done something to it after the bag had already been opened.

The EYES in this show convey so much more than most anime. They're both very atypical and brilliant.

If you look close, the bag of candy was a bag of Werther's Originals, so yes, it would have been sealed. So there is a question of how did the poison get in the candy?

The plot thickens...soon it will all become clear... Also you got to meet Lunge! I like to think of him as a mix between Javert from Les Miserables, Gerard from The Fugitive, and Lurch from the Adams family! ;D
