Caleb, you kept saying 'Minorin' are you possibly referencing ToraDora? Because if so, that is awesome! Love that anime very much. Also, you are in for a treat. This is a very well done show I mean its gorgeous and I cared for the main cast -they felt real and believable. This is a love story - 'love' in all sense and meanings and every emotion that comes along with that small 4-letter word. :) Jacob - I need you to forget what you know about this anime because I want to see your reactions (those emotions man!) XD Also, love the excitement you were bouncing with just seeing/hearing the opening again haha.

I don't like anime that has a female character physically and / or mentally abusing the male lead. Like why is that so popular? Be it a sister, a love interest, a 'friend'? I figured its because I'm a girl and don't understand the fetish lol. Not much reasoning but my brothers tell me its not a big deal and I'm like... if you say so but ugh. I enjoyed this show even if I had a similar stigma against it too. What is the ballet anime called?

I rarely watch OP or ED but only now I've realised that ED song is the same as song played at the end of the series but different version. I thought it was made specifically for show ending. Nice touch.

I just have to make a correction... Kaori means SCENT. But the characters for her name are hiragana, not the Kanji for scent... cuz it'd be weird to name a girl "fragrance" or "odour".

Honestly... I’m on and off about it. I hate female characters in anime who are always hitting the males because haha it’s sooooo funny. The main characters like this always annoy me, and the show is still a nice show but man did it annoy me so much. There’s a show about ballet if they wanna look into that. It’s decent.

This freaking show, man... I somehow missed it, when it was airing and was putting it off constantly, but I had to pick it up now, right? God, I was not prepared... Ep. 13 currently and for the first time ever I have to put a show down every few episodes, as I'm afraid I'll cry myself to death. I felt kinda iffy about this show winning the "Drama" poll, just looking at the premise and the art style, but now I know why it did. Props to everyone, who voted for it - without you it might have taken me a few years to get to this series.

What a pleasant surprise! I just became a Patron, so I had no idea this was happening. Like you, Jacob, this anime also has a special place in my heart. (I'm an English major and have recently had an interest in creative writing btw) I personally relate a lot to the emotion displayed by the characters, and I also find such inspiration from this anime. Truly a 10/10 piece of work.
