Bakugo's mom has a glycerine-like substance as sweat (a bit like soap) and his dad can create small explosions in his hands. I think you can see how Bakugo's quirk got derived from those 2.

2018-06-26 19:40:08 +0000 UTCHere’s another possible reason about why the parents of Bakugo may not notice what He did in school: according to the manga and other Japanese information, Bakugo actually paid attention on not lefting bruises which the adults can easily find out as well as using his quark on stuffs but not on person as it’s absolutely not being allowed and warning his buddies stop smoking to make sure that he is not having any bad records that may influence his recommendations. The fact might be that including the teachers and parents, the adults are lack of awareness about Bakugo’s behaviour. He is just too intelligent to be disciplined.
